My kids and I really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable room, and the hotel's location near restaurants was fantastic, plus the Iglesia de Guadalupe was just 2 miles away.

Close to the border and shopping centers. Everyone was amazing, except the lady who fixes the plates during breakfast. She handed me a plate with an attitude if she was upset that I needed a plate to eat. Other than that, everyone else was amazing and very helpful.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The hospitality and security were great. The location was perfect as it was close to everything, including a good place to work out. The room was comfortable, although it could have benefitted from having a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options including chilaquiles, eggs with ham or queso fresco, fresh melon, and cereal. The staff was friendly and the cleaning lady was very sweet. However, the halls were musty and hot, and the room initially had a strange smell. The air conditioning could have worked better. a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
